e-Partner
Presentation: e-Partner is a web-based application, with a key, ERP type (Enterprise Resource Planning) completely made in PHP and developed and developed on MySQL databases. E-Partner addresses, specially, to the managers of a small and middle size firm, being able to manage the resources of each department: Financial, Human Resources, Contracting, Marketing, Sales, Publicity, etc.
e-Partner wishes to be a trust-worthy help for the managers of firms being able to successfully replace, 4-8 work positions.

Description: e-Partner is conceived to be able to manage one or more firms at the same time. The access for each firm managed by the system is done on the basis of a user name and password, and for the security of the data, the application may run in a secure mode (SSL).
There are three types of levels of access defined within the application, each with its rights and limitations: user, superuser, and administrator. These access levels may extent, through a special module designed to define access levels. For each level of access newly defined you may choose the area from the application where that level has access.
The application may manage clients and company suppliers, to each of them being able to manage their contracts.
The contracts signed with each client of the firm may be managed on the basis of the service packages or company products, manageable also from the application, to the level of mercurial.
e-Partner may manage the receipts of the current firm ( of the bills emited on the basis of the added contracts), of the applicable penalties of each residual bill.
Also, e-Partner may manage all the firms expenses, it may manage all the banking accounts of the firm (including the account “register”), it may generate account statements for each managed account, as well as financial reports and forecasting regarding the company’s cash-flow.
Besides the area designed for the manager and employees of the current firm, e-Partner may define another area, also secured, for the firm’s clients, in which, they, may see their closed contracts with the current firm, the bills emited by it, the history of the offers that were given to the client until the signing of the contract. Also, from the area designed to the clients, they may benefit from technical supports, in the case the firms offers it, through the management of a special ticketing module.
e-Partner may generate another area, designed for the collaborators of the firm of the sales department (sales agents of the firm). In this area, the sales agents may see the service packages and products of the firm, as well as the packages with the special offers being able to show their offer to potential customers, brought in by them (for whom they will receive a bigger commission), as well as by the firm( for whom they will receive a smaller commission).
In this area, the sales agents may manage the history of the offering of a potential client, to the signing of the contract with him.
