e-DOCPresentation:e-DOC is an application, ERP type, personalized for the requirements of a design department of a construction firm. The application is completely written in the PHP programming language and uses MySQL databases. Description: e-DOC was made towards the purpose of centralizing the multitude of information necessary to a department of design in construction, from STAS’s and technical documentation, to the componence and organizational chart of that department. e-DOC is made in modules, the main facilities of the application being: the management of technical documents and of its organizational chart; the management of technical documents (the departments library), the management of clients, offers and contracts; the management of materials and material stocks; of its investment plan ; the management of economical calculation; of the hourly rates; the management of traveling reports etc. e-DOC allows the differentiated access to the application’s resources, depending on the current user’s level of access, as well as the recording of any operations made by users for a better data security. |
