e-CallPresentation: e-Call Presentation: e-Call is a web-based application, of ERP type, personalized for the management of the resources of a call center. The application is written completely in PHP and uses a MySQL database.Description: The purpose e-Call is to manage a call center, regarding certain aspect that are connected to this field of activity. Thus, e-Call may manage the employees of a call center, as well as the hierarchical structure of it, of the access levels in the application, each access level having available different facilities of the application. e-Call may manage the clients, service contracts of the call center, as well as the operative parameters of them. e-Call may register the clocking of each operator or supervisor of the call center, thus, being able to generate productivity reports and being able to calculate the effective time of activity underwent towards the use of a client. e-Call may manage the training times, technical repair and even the vacations awarded to each of the operator, being able to overlap these grills over the daily individual clocking. On the basis of the productivity of each operator, e-Call may calculate the monthly net salary for each employee, taking into account the vacations, bonuses and penalties. e-Call may generate different reports, tabling or interactive charts, designed for the management of the call center. Requirements: For the running of this application you need a Linux or Windows platform, onwhich to run a web server (preferably Apache Web Server), PHP, access to a MySQL database. |
